Our Mission
To empower middle and high school youth in Columbus, Georgia through faith-centered mentorship, hands-on creative skill-building, and entrepreneurship training — raising a generation of makers, leaders, and contributors to their community.
Our Story
Good Shepherd Creations began in a hospital room. Founder Tasheena Williams spent over three months by her husband Howard's side every day. Howard Williams was a proud U.S. Army veteran. Even from his hospital bed he encouraged Tasheena to continue her carpentry work, telling her “I want you to do that with excellence.” After Howard passed away, carpentry brought Tasheena peace. She shared the vision with her children and began reaching out to youth dealing with difficult things and it grew from there.
Meet Our Founder
Tasheena Williams is the President and Founder of Good Shepherd Creations. A creative entrepreneur, independent publisher, author, and community leader, she turned personal grief into purposeful action — building a nonprofit that equips youth with real skills, real faith, and real futures. She leads the organization with courage, compassion, and an unshakeable belief in the potential of every young person in Columbus, GA.
